What's the Vault?

If you've used Hyperliquid HLP or Lighter vault, you know the concept. Deposit into a vault, earn from the exchange.

Neony Vault does two things:

1. Provides liquidity for trading on the exchange
2. Handles liquidations when traders get rekt

Think of it as being the house. You're on the other side of trades and liquidations. Historically, that's where the edge is.

How it works

• Vault earns from market making and liquidations
• Your deposit gets you MVT (the vault token)
• MVT can be used as collateral to trade on Neony
• Or withdraw it and use in DeFi. It's fully tokenized

The vault launches with a 50% collateralization ratio. That means you can deposit into the vault and still use 50% of that value as collateral to trade. Your capital works twice.

Main asset is $USDS from Sky Ecosystem, but the vault can hold other tokens too.

Important: Profits aren't guaranteed. Markets are markets. But the vault is designed to benefit from the mechanics that usually favor exchanges.
